Design Thinking for Consumer Co-Creation Groups

Design Thinking is a powerful process and philosophy for innovation. Design Thinking projects can span many months, but I have used it very successfully in consumer co-creation groups. It allows you to find a problem worth solving and then design solutions aimed at that specific problem.
